Similar to when magnets get too close, no matter how much You may want to help, the force of Someone's negativity can pull You so close that it pushes You away... Anger is sometimes the mask that Hurt wears when its ashamed to show its face. An Angered Spirit is a Tortured Spirit. What's heard is "I'm Mad at You" when what's said is "I'm in Pain".  The Best people can make the Worst mistakes & the Worst Results can stem from the Best Intentions; without the ability to Forgive, We limit Our ability to Love. Forgive whomever wronged You but never Forget the pain they caused. There are individuals who come with so much baggage You can't be in their company without being required to help them carry it.  The determination of whether (It's)They're worth it or not is Yours. Misery & Negativity is like a flesh eating bacteria; if not eliminated it will contaminate one's Mind, Body, Soul & Spirit.
