As a culture the lines between TRADITION & TRUTH become blurred so We often end up following routines & regimines "just because". My advice to Everyone would be to: Ask questions, Read more, Seek to broaden Your horizons, Arm Yourself with so much knowledge that even if You're compelled to participate in anything just because "it's pleasurable & not necessarily what's been believed for centuries" You know the difference & where it derived from. While ignorance will keep You at a disadvantage, leaving You blind in the darkness, Knowledge will empower You, making You blinded by the Light.
