Strive to Encourage not discourage.  Our Accomplishments are a result of the level of Our self-esteem, Our essence, Our confidence, the image We have of Ourselves and who We really Are. These attributes is the voice that tells Us, We Will, We Can, or even We Can't. As human beings the flesh is weak & We owe it to God to be that voice for Our brothers & sisters. A word You put forth may be the word that makes or breaks a person. Lift someone up & help them realize after the death of all things negative is the birth of something Positive.
