Being Selfish isn't always bad... Sometimes it's necessary to step away from the world to achieve needed solace. Everyday life gets so overwhelming with the titles placed on Us; Mother, Father, Husband, Wife that the most important title "Self" gets lost in the shuffle. It's amazing but also very possible that We can know (& or care for) Our loved ones more than We know (& or care for) Ourselves.
