Woman2Woman Relationship Rules: We're living in the times of the "blended family" so if We expect Him to pay the Bills, Take Out the Trash, Shovel the snow, all the manly duties; it's also within his jurisdiction to discipline the Children.  The way We Talk to/Treat him in front of the children can't help but have some bearing on the level of respect he gets from them as well as their impression of the "Family Dynamic".  Sisters We can't keep asking Our Men to be Men with the stipulation... only when it's convenient to Us.
